Breakfast features ginger shots, fresh juices, smoothies with superfoods, and seasonal fruits. Lunch and dinner include salads, dressings, soups, spelt or gluten-free bread, dips, and freshly prepared hot main courses.
The lobby serves coffee, healthy non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and desserts throughout the day. Only 0% alcohol wines and beers are available, and quiet hours between 22:00 and 09:00 ensure restful evenings and mindful mornings.
This concept is available only during the summer months. The hotel returns to its classic ski-focused experience with traditional dining and après-ski atmosphere during the winter season.
