To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 75 minutes via a flight to Gan International Airport (GAN) and then 10 minutes by speedboat to the resort. Guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 14 days before their expected arrival to guarantee transfers. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee upon arrival at the hotel. Luggage over 20 kg/person (below 2 years old/no seat or baggage allowance) may incur a fee, payable to the flight company during flight check-in. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
