What to do if the required information is missing?
- You can send a request to the hotel yourself. The hotel's contact information is listed on the map page with the hotel description (at the bottom of the page).
- Menu > Bookings and submit a request to Unit Travel customer service in the Write to Customer Service field. We will contact the supplier regarding your request. Suppliers will respond within 48 hours, and up to 7 days during high season.
