Hotel cancellation conditions

Where can I find hotel cancellation policies?

• on the search results page in the Meals and conditions section, where the tariff applied to each price offer is indicated.
• on the booking page in the sectionCancellation Policy and Important Accommodation Information. 
• in the current booking in the Cancellation Policy section.

How do I cancel a lossless cancellation (Refundable) rate?

1. Menu > Bookings and select the desired booking.
2. Click the Cancel booking button in your reservation and cancel your booking without penalties.

How do I cancel a Non-Refundable rate?

Cancellation is subject to a 100% penalty.

1. Menu > Booking and select the desired booking
2. Please write a request for cancellation to Unit Travel customer service in the Write to customer service field.

💡Cancellation of Non-Refundable Rate bookings without penalty is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the supplier and hotel. 100% penalty applies to bookings at a Non-Refundable Rate, but the supplier may also choose to minimize the penalty amount.
